
JOLIET, IL — You might love the food, but sometimes the restaurants you visit aren’t always the cleanest places. And sometimes they are. You can know for sure with a health inspection report.
The Will County Health Department visited Ted’s Montana Grill for a routine inspection April 6. It received a sanitation score of 79/100 and then a corrected score of 96 once immediate fixes were made.

- Sanitizer bucket stored on prep table.
- Undated food in walk-in cooler.
- Soiled dishes on prep table.
- Soiled tongs on oven.
- Missing paper towels by hand sink.
On July 21, the WCHD held an educational conference with an employee to discuss personal hygiene, food temps, food labeling, hand washing, chemical storage, sanitizer concentration, pest control and cross contamination.
Ted’s Montana Grill is located at 623 Boughton Road in Bolingbrook.
