Heroin Arrest Made In Bolingbrook: Complaint
The 38-year-old defendant is from out of town.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - A 38-year-old woman was arrested last week by Bolingbrook Police on charges of possessing and distributing heroin. The defendant, Stacy Leffelman of Spring Valley, IL, has been in Will County's Jail since her arrest last Wednesday, Jan. 23. Her bail is $75,000.
In Will County, Leffelman faces a Class X felony of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class A felony of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and third felony, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, which is a Class 4 offense.
The criminal complaint against the resident from the Ottawa and Streator area states that Leffelman "knowingly and unlawfully possessed with the intent to deliver 15 grams or more but less than 100 grams of a substance containing heroin."

The lesser included felony states that Leffelman "knowingly possessed a substance containing Alprazolam, a controlled substance."
A week after her arrest in Bolingbrook, Leffelman, of Spring Valley, still needs to come up with $7,500 to post as bond.
