BOLINGBROOK, IL — IPIC Bolingbrook, a movie theater located in The Promenade Bolingbrook closed its doors on Dec. 31.
The theater said the closure was due to "continued challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic." IPIC also decided to not reopen its South Barrington location.
The Bolingbrook location had been operating for several years, and offered dine-in cinema and a restaurant. If you participated in the membership reward program or had a gift card to the Bolingbrook location, you can receive a refund.

With the closure of Bolingbrook and South Barrington, IPIC Theaters no longer has any locations in Illinois.
