January Home Sales

In January, according to Midwest Real Estate MLS data,  136 homes were available for sale in the $101-200,000 price range in Bolingbrook.  Of these, 77 were pending sales. 

In the $201-300,000 price range, 119 homes were available for sale with 41 contracted. 

And in the $301-400,000 range, 57 were available with 14 were under contract.

Average list price of those under contract was $222,498 and the average sold price for January was $200,352.
