Lane Closures Expected Wednesday, Thursday In Bolingbrook Due To Utility Work
Nicor and Illinois American Water are doing work across town this week.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Several lane closures are planned Wednesday and Thursday in Bolingbrook as work is planned by Nicor and Illinois American Water.
Nicor is doing work on Wednesday and Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Village of Bolingbrook shared. Lane closures include:
- Southbound Route 53: the right lane is closed between St. Andrews Drive and Lily Cache Lane
- Northbound Veterans Parkway: the right lane is closed between North Frontage Road and Lily Cache Lane
- Westbound Boughton Road: the right lane is closed between Feather Sound Drive and North Pinecrest Road
Illinois American water will continue work on Wednesday, fro 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Village shared. Lane closures for that utility work include:

- Eastbound Lily Cache Lane: the right lane is closed between Thistle Avenue and Veterans Parkway. All eastbound traffic will shift to the left turn lane.
- Southbound Veterans Parkway: the right lane is closed between Grady and Ingleside drives.
