March sales were slower than hoped for 2014.  424 single family homes are currently for sale with 209 or 49% under contract.  Of those under contract, 58.85% are distressed sales (short sales, foreclosures/bank owned).  

Average sold listing price for March was $213,066 and average sold price was $207,388.  For the 54 homes that went under contract in March, average sold market time was 123 days.
