The new grocery store is proposed at a currently undeveloped property off of Boughton Road.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Plans for a new grocery store in Bolingbrook will move forward, after the Bolingbrook Village Board approved a special use permit for a planned development with variances, and a final development plan.
The current site, at 135 E. Boughton Road, is undeveloped.
Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta said the proposal is to build a 7,395-square-foot grocery store, called Jofen Market.
