No One In Custody Two Weeks After Woman Slain In Bolingbrook
Cristina Lahoz was found with multiple gunshot wounds on Oct. 6 in the driver's seat of her vehicle near Poplar Park, police said.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — No one is in custody almost two weeks after the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old Chicago woman, Bolingbrook Police told Patch.
Police said the case is being investigated as a homicide.
The woman, Cristina Lahoz, was found Oct. 6 with multiple gunshot wounds in the driver's seat of her vehicle. The vehicle was found about 100 feet off the road in a grassy area on Poplar Lane near Poplar Park, according to police.

Officers rendered aid to Lahoz, who was taken to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
