November sales low: $60,000 and high: $370,037

New construction in Herrington Estates - Plainfield school district - won the highest sales price honor in November followed by a short sale in District 365 that sold for $370,000.  (This was a 3,800 square foot home with a $13,436 real estate tax bill.)  Lowest price sold was an estate sale property, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, which closed "as is" and in need of repairs for $60,000.  Of the 365 single family Bolingbrook properties available for sale in November, 169 are under contract (45.6%).
