Organizations Invited To Decorate For Bolingbrook Winter Walk
Local clubs, church groups, non-profits, and other organizations may sign up to decorate an area around the Town Center Pond.
BOLINGBROOK, IL —The Bolingbrook Festival of Lights - Winter Walk Committee is asking for groups and organizations to help decorate around the Town Center Pond.
The Festival of Lights Winter Walk runs from Dec. 4 - Jan. 9 with a kickoff and tree lighting on Dec. 4 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Local clubs, church groups, non-profits, and other organizations may sign up online to decorate an area. The village will provide holiday lights and other decorations for one of the trees, and signage for the organization.

Decorating days are slated for Nov. 27 and 28 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. All displays will remain up until January, so decorations must be able to withstand weather. Take down dates will be announced later.

Several other special events are planned at the holiday display; including Bonfire & S'mores from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 11; hot chocolate with Santa from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 18; and senior nights on Dec. 8 and Dec. 15.
