April 4
An iPhone 8 was taken from a counter on the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive at 5:53 p.m. Loss valued at $700.

The window to a residence was broken on the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive at 6:39 p.m. A log was located nearby.

April 6
Lee Armstrong, 37, 533 Hampshire Lane, was charged with improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving a suspended license and two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop at Boughton Road & Monroe Road at 1:28 a.m.
Someone placed numerous over the counter medications in a cart at Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Road, and exited the store at 6:55 a.m. Loss valued at $884.
April 8
Officers responded to a park in the 500 block of Gary Drive for the report of a small fire. Playground equipment was melted and burnt.
Officers responded to the 200 block of Rockhurst Road for the report of someone displaying a gun and threatening the homeowner at 12:50 a.m.
Officers responded to the 500 block of Remington Boulevard for the report of an aggravated battery. The victim was kicked at 2 p.m. Ruben Chavez, 19, 20 Honeybear Court, Romeoville, was charged with aggravated battery.
Ryan Lewthwaite, 34, 311A Woodcreek Dr. was charged with no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, disobeying traffic control device and an in-state warrant, following a traffic stop at 5:43 a.m.
April 9
Two bullet holes were found in a rear bay window of a residence on the 500 block of Thomas Road at 10 p.m.
Two exterior windows were damaged to a building on the 100 block North Schmidt Road.
April 10
Officers responded to Walmart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Drive, for the report of people knocking over displays and being loud and disruptive at 1:10 am. Damaged/loss valued at $800.
April 11
Jessica Shea, 29, 7648 W. 62nd St., Summit, was charged with DUI, no insurance and improper lane usage, following a traffic stop at Brookview Lane & Lily Cache Lane at 3:46 a.m.
April 12
Officers responded to the 200 block of Davis Lane for the report of criminal damage to property. Someone broke a window and door frame and ripped off an exterior light between April 9-12.
