Playground Replacement, 'Ninja Course' Planned For Freedom Park

The projects will begin in April, and completed in the summer.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Several projects are planned at Bolingbrook Park District parks this year, including a playground replacement and a new Ninja Course at Freedom Park, 1600 Park Place.

According to the park district newsletter, the playground at the park is 21 years old, and will be replaced as part of the referendum implementation plan. Replacement will begin in April, and will be completed in the summer.

A new amenity for the park district, a Ninja Course, is also planned for Freedom Park. The existing sand volleyball court will be removed, and the new course will be added, according to the park district newsletter.
