Probable Drug Toxicity Death Reported At Bolingbrook Hospital: Coroner
The coroner's office has said that there has been an increase of cocaine and heroin being mixed with fentanyl in the Will County area.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — A probable drug toxicity death was reported Tuesday at Amita Health Adventist Medical Center in Bolingbrook, according to the Will County Coroner's Office. The coroner's office has said that there has been an increase of cocaine and heroin being mixed with fentanyl in the Will County area.
On June 8, the coroner's office said it had investigated eight probable overdose cases in less than 24 hours. Another two probable overdose deaths were investigated in Joliet on June 8-9; and three suspected drug toxicity cases were reported from June 10-12, according to the coroner's office.
