According to Midwest Real Estate statistics, 15 new construction homes are currently pending sale in Bolingbrook. These homes are in the $250,000 -400,000 price range.
While 16 of the 44 homes for sale in Bolingbrook in the $300-$400,000 price range are under contract, 5 of the 16 are short sales and 11 are traditional sales. And of those 11 traditional sales, 5 are brand new construction selling on the west side of town in the Plainfield school district.
