Taking care of your body and immune system naturally.

As a healthcare practitioner we see people everyday that are sick. We take our supplements, try to eat right, limit sugar, processed foods.
Sometimes we still will catch something. This time of year, the holidays and after, are hard on everyone's immune systems.

We do not believe in vaccines, so we combat getting sick differently.

  • We take our supplements, especially to boost our immune systems.
  • (NutriWest, West Coast are a couple of our favorite suppliers, they are all natural, Non GMO and from registered fields so it does not harm natural areas.)
  • We also use essential oils, (doTerra is our favorite): helping stuffy noses, congestion.
  • Ionic foot baths, to pull out garbage from our systems, again to allow our immune system to combat and heal.
  • Limiting sugar: If you feel like your getting sick or its already happened, the number one thing to do is stop eating sugar, this means candy and all forms of carbs. This will allow your body to fight the bacteria or virus, instead of fighting the bad foods that are in your system.
  • Come in for your Chiropractic Treatments. When the spine is misaligned it will cause the bodies resistance to lower and hinder the immune system.
  • Drink plenty of fluids, like water.
  • Rest !
