Santa Send-Off Date Changed Due To Winter Storm
Santa will be making his way through Bolingbrook a day early, on Wednesday, due to the incoming winter storm.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Due to the incoming winter storm, the Village of Bolingbrook has changed the date of its Santa Send-Off, so that Santa can make it to the North Pole safe and sound.
The event, originally planned for Thursday, will now happen on Wednesday, starting at 3 p.m. from Town Center in Bolingbrook.
Santa will cruise around Bolingbrook, before heading to Clow International Airport for his helicopter departure at approximately 7:30 p.m., according to the Village.

You can find Santa's full route here, and he will also be stopping at Town Center, Woodview Elementary School, Annerino Community Center, Fountaindale Public Library, Bolingbrook Recreation and Aquatic Complex, Feel Good Deals by 4 Kids Sake, Bolingbrook Golf Club and Clow International Airport.
Times for Santa's route are estimated, but you can track Santa live on Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta's Facebook on the day of the event.
