Santa Send Off Planned In Bolingbrook
Santa will ride through Bolingbrook on Dec. 17, escorted by the mayor, village board and first responders.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — Santa will return to Bolingbrook on Dec. 17 as the Village hosts a Santa Send Off to send him on his yearly trek around the world, according to the Village event page.
Santa will ride through Bolingbrook starting at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 17. The Village said Santa will be escorted by Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta, members of the Village Board, and some of the village's first responders.
The parade will kick off at town center, 375 W. Briarcliff Road, and a detailed map of Santa's route will be shared soon.

When you see the parade pass, do not go into the street. You can wave from your yard or from inside your front door or window, the Village said.
