Several Arrested In Bolingbrook Last Week: Blotter

You may remember several of these names and faces from Patch stories last week.

BOLINGBROOK, IL - Here's a look at some of the criminal activity that kept the Bolingbrook Police Department busy this past week or so.

November 20

Officers were called to the 1300 block of Danhof Drive for the report of a residential burglary. Someone removed a lock box to gain entry and removed over thirty feet of copper piping between Nov. 13 and Nov. 20.

November 21

Anthony Jackson, 41, 921 Lois Ln., Joliet, was charged with violation order of protection, domestic battery, home invasion, interfering with reporting, unlawful restraint, criminal trespass to residence and in-state warrant, following a call to the 100 block of Grove Dr.

November 22

Carnell Willis, 54, 7625 S Carpenter St., Chicago, was charged with aggravated battery following a call to a business on the 1000 block of Windham Pkwy for the report of a stabbing. The victim was transported for their injuries.

November 22

Alexander Cooper, 29, 324 Vista Dr, was charged with out of state warrant, reckless driving, failure to yield and possession of cannabis, following a traffic stop on the 1200 block of Canterbury Ln. at 2:11 pm.

Jairo Montero, 27, 440 Royce Rd., was charged with an in-state warrant, no valid driver’s license, no insurance and failure to reduce speed, following a traffic stop at Delaware Dr. & Appling Dr. at 4:16 pm.

November 24

Larry Morris, 66, 4319 S Harlem Ave., Stickney, was charged with forgery, following a call to Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr. at 11:55 am.

Officers were called to the 400 block of Janes Ave for the report of criminal damage to property. Suspect broke the windshield of vehicle parked in the lot at 3:30 am.

November 25

Arnold Hernandez, 23, 757 Bluff St., Joliet, was charged with speeding and DUI following a traffic stop at Weber Rd. & Royce Rd. at 4:10 am.

A laptop was taken from a residence on the 100 block of Mellbrook Rd sometime overnight. Loss valued at $1500.

November 26

Officers responded to the 100 block of Tilden Ln., for the report of a residential burglary. A rear door and windows were found open; several rooms were ransacked between 11/23-11/26. Numerous pieces of jewelry were taken. Loss valued at $4,000.

November 27

Robert McCann, 30, 8277 Meadow Wood Rd., Woodridge, was charged with DUI and no insurance, following a traffic stop on the 800 block of E. Boughton Rd. at 1:41 am.

Jesus Diaz, 22, 236 Bristol Way, was charged with an in-state warrant, on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Rd. at 4:25 pm.

November 28

Troy Gilver, 34, 7316 Willow Dr., Woodridge, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer, following a call to the 700 block of E. Boughton Rd. at 10:42 pm.

Andrew Rezba, 49, 605 Poplar Ave., Romeoville, was charged with resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct, following a call to a business on the 1400 block of Remington Blvd. for a disturbance at 1:08 am.
