Single-Game Tickets Available for BHS 4A Playoffs In Peoria

Parents, students, residents and fans can purchase tickets for Bolingbrook High School’s IHSA boys basketball Class 4A state semi-final matchup with Stevenson Friday night at Carver Arena/Peoria Civic Center in Peoria.

This is the first time in school history that BHS boys basketball has advanced beyond sectionals. (BHS girls have won the Class 4A IHSA four state championships in the past ten years.)

Right now, Stevenson is favored to bring home all the marbles, so a Raiders’ victory would be a huge upset.

Raiders fans can purchase advance tickets through TicketMaster, via the Peoria Civic Center.

Tickets are also expected to be available at the door in Peoria, but there is no guarantee that you will be sitting with Bolingbrook fans in Carver Arena during the tournament.

If tickets are available on game day, the Peoria Civic Center will begin selling single-session tickets at 9:00 a.m. each day of the tournament. Tickets must be purchased directly from the Peoria Civic Center Ticket Office located at 201 S.W. Jefferson Avenue, Peoria. Game day tickets are $4, $6.50, $8.50, and $10.50.

The semi-final and IHSA final boys basketball games will also be broadcast live on Comcast Sports Net. The game(s) will air in their entirety on CSN+HD; please visit CSNChicago.com’s channel finder for the exact channel location in your area.

Also, IHSA.TV will be live-streaming playoff and final games.

Prior to the start of Friday’s game, catch BHS sharpshooter Lance Phillips in the three-point shoot-off.

If the Raiders win Friday, they will play for the state championship at 8:15 p.m. Saturday against the winner of Friday’s game between Geneva and Normal Community. If they lose Friday, they will play for third place at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
