Students Qualify for Nationals with Trojans Junior Pee Wee Cheer
This is the first year of competitive cheerleading for all of the cheerleaders who are 8, 9 and 10 years old.

A third Bolingbrook Trojans squad, Junior Pee Wee Cheer, with a large number of Valley View School District 365U students, has qualified for the Dec. 7-11 national Pop Warner cheerleading championships in Florida.
Team members who will compete at Nationals are: Erika Avila, Gianna Barajas, Morgan Beallis, Alexandria Denney, Kiera Denney, Alyssa Floresca, Gizele Garcia, Ebony Hampton-Justiniano, Rylee Harris, Laniyah Howard, Jasmine Jones, Allie Koschetz, Kyra Pierce, Phallon Pierce, Ashley Raga, Natalia Sandoval, Corrin Smith, Kylee Thomassson and Samantha Tobias.

The team is coached by Sandy Pierce, Dawn Barajas, Miriam Walsh, and Nancy Ortiz. Trojans alum and current Bolingbrook High School varsity cheerleader Jessica Cabral is the team’s Coach Trainee.
This is the first year of competitive cheerleading for all of the cheerleaders who are 8, 9 and 10 years old. The road to Disney included 3rd place at the Conference Competition in October and 2nd place at the Regional Competition in early November.

They also were scheduled to perform at the Nov. 30 Chicago Bulls game.
