Yes, you can have a free of charge cell phone with 250 minutes for free each month. I will be enrolling people this week-end in Bolingbrook, to qualify you must be on a government assisted program and can provide proof of income section 8 form, valid state ID card or drivers license. Once approved the phone will be send out to you. If you work like more information on this please contact me asap as I am taking appointments from those you setup appointments by calling me 1-630-863-9971
