Three Bolingbrook Trustees Take Seats, Begin New Terms
The Board also recognized outgoing Trustee Sheldon Watts.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — New Bolingbrook Village Trustees Michael Carpanzano, Jean Kelly and Jose Quintero took their oaths of office at Tuesday's Board meeting.
Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta and the Village Board also presented outgoing Trustee Sheldon Watts with an award, thanking him for his service. Watts was first appointed in 2016, and elected in 2019 to the Board.
"It's been a wonderful opportunity to serve this community over the past 15 years of involvement," Watts said.

Carpanzano, Kelly and Quintero ran as the First Party for Bolingbrook slate in the April 4 consolidated election. Election results were certified on April 25.
Carpanzano was first elected in 2019, Kelly was appointed in 2022 and Quintero will begin his first term as Village Trustee.
