BOLINGBROOK, IL — Two apartments were damaged after a fire on Tuesday, according to the Bolingbrook Fire Department.

The department said it received a call for a fire in the bathroom of an apartment on the second floor of a 93-unit apartment building. The fire quickly spread to a third-floor apartment, according to the department.

Due to a "quick response and aggressive fire attack," the department said the damage was limited to the two apartments. The other residents of the building were able to return to their homes.
