Valley View Approves New Assistant Superintendent

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Valley View School District Board of Education has approved John Reiniche as the assistant superintendent for administrative services. According to the district, Reiniche will succeed Gary Grizaffi, who will retire on June 30.

Reiniche is currently the Finance Director for Bloomingdale School District 13, where he has served since July 2016, the district said. He has over two decades of experience in public school finance administration, also serving as district accountant in Hinsdale Township High School District 86 starting in August 1997.

Reiniche earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1987, and continued his education in the master’s program at Northern Illinois University, the district said. He earned his Master of Science in Education degree from NIU in 2001.
