Valley View Board Members Take Oaths Of Office, Begin New Terms

BOLINGBROOK, IL — At its May 1 meeting, the Valley View Board of Education welcomed new board member Victoria "Vickie" Sutterlin and said thank you to departing member Diane Parro.

Departing member Parro was on the Board for two terms, according to the District. Parro was originally elected to the board in 2015.

Sutterlin, James "JT" Boudouris and Steve Quigley all took their oaths of office at Monday's meeting. Boudouris and Quigley were already on the board, and were re-elected last month.

Quigley is starting his fifth term, and Boudouris is starting his third, the District said.

The Board also elected their officers for the next two years at Monday's meeting. Quigley will continue as President, Victor Zack
will continue as vice president, and Debbie Sykora will again serve as board secretary.
