Valley View Board Recognizes Volleyball All-State Athletes
Juniors Cydney Anderson and Madison Shroba were recognized at Monday's board meeting for their selection on the all-state team.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Valley View School District Board of Education recognized two Bolingbrook High School students who were chosen as All-State Volleyball athletes.
Juniors Cydney Anderson and Madison Shroba were recognized at Monday's board meeting for their selection on the 2021 Illinois High School Volleyball Coaches Association All-State Team.
Coach Molly DeSerf called both students "high-caliber athletes."

"Cydney and Madison are competitors, they are incredible teammates, and they are nowhere near tapping out their talent," DeSerf said.
The board also recognized Bolingbrook High School student Jaquan Howard as an All-State Football athlete.

Coach John Ivlow said the recognition carries a lot of weight, and Howard has "certainly earned [the recognition]."
