Valley View ILMEA All-State Students Honored
Students from Bolingbrook and Romeoville high schools attended the ILMEA festival.
BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Valley View Board of Education recognized the Illinois Music Education Association All-State students at its board meeting on Monday.
From Romeoville High School, Irvin Varquez was recognized by the Board.
Romeoville High School's choir director Andrew White said Irvin participated in the All-State choir.

All-State students from Bolingbrook High School include: Ariyo Akinyemi, Gabe Koppel, Blake Whatcott, Daniel Blus, Thomas Bohnert, Joshua Bozarth, Matthew Derong, Abdiel Diaz, Laura Dogium, Haley Elliott, Ignacio Escamilla, Troy Flores, Gabriel Koppel, Nahledge McCoy, Chase McNulty, Ishika Rana, James Stanek, Blake Whatcott, Miles Wilson, Elizabeth Wolny and Roya Zaucha.
