Valley View Plans Job Fair At Fountaindale Library

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Valley View School District will host a job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 18 at Fountaindale Public Library, 300 W. Briarcliff Road.

The district will be hiring for a variety of positions for the 2023-24 school year at the job fair.

Immediate interviews will be offered at the fair, and some hiring decisions will be made on-the-spot for those who qualify, the District said. Attendees should dress professionally and bring their valid driver's license and Social Security card.

Some jobs available include: lunchroom aides, playground aides, nutrition services staff, paraprofessionals, security personnel, substitute teachers and transportation services. The District said it offers a competitive pay scale for all jobs, and a range of benefits depending on the position.

The hours for most of the positions presented at this job fair are within the regular school day.
