Victoria's Secret Victimized Again: Bolingbrook Police Blotter
Do some of these criminal offenses surprise you at all?

BOLINGBROOK, IL - In September, the Victoria's Secret store at The Promenade was the site of a lingerie theft. Now, it's happened again. You can read about here in the latest installment of the Bolingbrook Police crime blotter.
New Year's Day:
Jesus Serrato, 40, 3738 W. 58th St., Chicago, was charged with DUI, following a traffic stop on the 300 block of S. Bolingbrook Dr. at 7:36 a.m.

Jan. 3
Officers responded to Victoria’s Secret, 641 E. Boughton Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Unknown subjects placed numerous clothing items in bags and exited the store at 3 pm without rendering payment. Loss valued at $2,400. Officers were called to a business on the 800 block of S. Weber Rd. for the report of a battery. An employee was struck in the head at 4:25 p.m.
Curtis Stubbs, 38, 423 Degas Cir., was charged with DUI, improper lane usage, too fast for conditions and no insurance, following a traffic stop at Boughton Rd. & I-355 at 12:55 a.m.
Jan. 5
Saul Flores-Rico, 24, 303 Robinhood Ct., was charged with resisting a peace officer, Elizabeth Ramirez, 27, 55665 Vista Cir., Naperville was charged with resisting a peace officer and Daniel Miguel, 23, 1018 Hacker Ave., Joliet, was charged with two counts of DUI, criminal trespass to property and resisting a peace officer. Following a patrol stop on the 600 block of Cochise Cir. at 4:34 p.m.
Jan. 7
Iris Meeks, 43, 4824 W Cortez St., Chicago, was charged with three in-state warrants, following a call to the 800 block of S. Weber Rd. for a disturbance at 6:38 p.m.
Jan. 9
Talia Bishop, 32, 345 Whitewater Dr., was charged with an in-state warrant and obstructing identification, following a call to the residence for a loud noise complaint at 1:17 a.m.
Officers responded to Meijer, 225 N. Weber Rd. for the report of a retail theft. Suspect placed a 50” TV in a shopping cart and exited the store at 1:56 pm without rendering payment. Loss value at $279.
A wallet was taken from an unsecured locker on the 100 block of N. Weber Rd. between 6:30 pm – 7:11 pm. Credit cards were used at nearby businesses.
