Bolingbrook, IL — Vitt Factor was created to help mentor ages 10-19. Vitt Factor helps with motivation and inspiration that will help kids be the best they can be. Vitt Factor helps these kids be successful in school, sports and their personal life. Caden enables teens to strive for the next level, helping them understand the importance of bettering and investing in themselves.

Local resident, Caden Vittorini (19), is the Founder of Vitt Factor. He has always been passionate about children and teens, wanting to make a positive impact on their lives. He has over 200 hours of hands-on leadership experience with a local company called, Teen Edge. As an ambassador, Caden has led private sessions and been at the forefront of many interactive workshops and webinars. He started this company because parents reached out and said their teen gravitated toward him because he was relatable and understands what they are going through in school & sports. He also volunteers his time locally and helps young adults with special needs. In addition, he has worked at the Bolingbrook Golf Club for the last 4 years. Caden is a member of the National Honors Society, 3rd degree blackbelt in Taekwondo, appeared on America’s Got Talent & is a college athlete. He is studying at Western Michigan University and is double majoring in Business Leadership & Psychology.

“I created Vitt Factor to fill a gap that I observed with most teens. In a world full of cell phones and social media, many teens are lacking essential skills such as communication, human connection, confidence, the desire to improve themselves, and work ethic. These skills have always been important, but COVID has really highlighted the need even more. I know I am young and have a lot to learn but I know that I am making a difference every day, with every kid that I work with. I am a positive influence and will push them to improve, be the best they can be and have confidence in themselves.” said Vittorini.

Increasingly, experts and employers are noticing the lack of soft skills in the younger generations. According to the National Bureau of Economic Research, 92% of surveyed executives say skills such as problem-solving and communication are equally or more important than technical skills. The Harvard, Carnegie & Stanford Research Center concluded that 85% of success comes from emotional intelligence and soft skills, such as communication.

Vitt Factor was created to fill this skill set gap.
