2 Young Girls Shot In Hermosa
Two girls, ages 6 and 14, were shot at a traffic light on the West Side, police said.

CHICAGO, IL — Two girls were wounded in a shooting in Chicago's Hermosa neighborhood Sunday night, police said. They were in a vehicle in the 4700 block of West North Avenue around 9 p.m., when another vehicle drove up and someone inside fired shots, according to police. The 14-year-old was hit in the leg and the 6-year-old was struck in the ankle.
Both girls were taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
