This Saturday night at 8 it's "Anna Fermin's Trigger Gospel" live at Filament Theatre at 6 Corners in Portage Park and it's a BYOB show.

The members of "Anna Fermin's Trigger Gospel" live in Bucktown & other local neighborhoods and this weekend they'll be performing in the Portage Park neighborhood. This is a rare chance to see them on the northwest side at the Filament Theatre at 6 Corners this Saturday night at 8 p.m.
"Anna Fermin's Trigger Gospel" was formed almost 20 years ago and since then Anna and the band shared the stage with many greats, including: Neko Case, David Crosby, Steve Earle, Joe Ely, Tony Fitzpatrick, Robbie Fulks, Ingrid Graudins, Todd Kessler(no relation), Frank Kvinge, Scott Ligon, Delbert McClinton, Jay O'Rourke, John Rice, Grant Tye, plus a great night with the legendary June Carter and her husband Johnny Cash.
Trigger Gospel is Anna with Paul Bivans, Andon Davis, Michael Krayniak, & Alton Smith. Anna has been called "The Voice of Chicago" by one writer and “One of Chicago's most treasured voices“ by another writer.
