How did the business come to be?

I grew up with my grandmother being one of the very first female brokers in Chicago. I remembering visiting her at her developments sales offices and I fell in love with it. Now, I like building and rehabbing as well as the brokerage.
Why did you choose the area?
I love this area. Around the main thoroughfares it's busy, but all the side streets are nice quiet neighborhoods. The architecture, the trees, the parks, the families, the upwardly mobile, the old school/old country immigrants, it's wonderful how friendly people are. A true sense of community.
What does your business offer?
Complete real estate service. From residential sales, purchasing and rentals to real estate investment and portfolio management.
What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know?
I use part of my proceeds to train Great Danes as therapy dogs and then take them to schools, the VA to help our heroes returning from war and other facilities that need us.
I also have my masters degree from DePaul in education. I substitute teach as a way to give back to the communities that need positive male role models for the kids. Helps with the therapy dog process as well.
What's your most popular product or service?
