Woman Threatened to Jump on Blue Line Tracks (UPDATE)
CTA Blue Line trains are moving near the Western Avenue stop in Bucktown again.

Chicago, IL - A woman threatened to jump on the CTA Blue Line tracks near the line's Western Avenue stop Friday morning, causing trains on both the Forest Park Branch and Congress Branch to be stopped temporarily.
The woman did not jump and was taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Police responded to the area at 8:21 a.m., when trains in both directions were stalled due to the police activity.

Trains began moving shortly after 9 a.m. with residual delays.
Commuters who use the Blue Line in this area were urged to use the No. 7 Harrison bus as an alternative.
