Farook’s profile indicated he was a Muslim American and born in Chicago, Illinois.

The profile shows he was looking for marriage while living in “California/riverside,” a community about 11 miles south of San Bernardino. IMilap.com describes itself as a “Site for People with Disabilities and Second Marriage.”

The user also said he enjoyed working on cars, reading religious books, eating out, travel and “just hang[ing] out in back yard doing target practice with younger sister and friends,” according to DNAinfo.com Chicago reports.

His age on the site is listed as 22, but authorities have listed his current age as 28.

Farook had been an employee for the San Bernardino County Public Health Department for five years, and was with co-workers at an annual holiday party Wednesday before the shooting.

He left following a dispute, but returned with Malik dressed in tactical gear and carrying assault rifles.

The couple were killed in a shootout with police, leaving behind a 6-month-old daughter according to reports.
