Chicago McDonald's gives back to Moos school
Moss School holds a McTeacher's Night Fundraiser at the Chicago McDonald's on North Western Avenue
On Wednesday, February 24th, Moos School held a very successful McTeacher’s Night at the McDonald’s in Chicago on North Western Ave. The restaurant was full of families supporting the school as well as waiting to see their teachers, Principal and Assistant Principal, and of course Ronald McDonald.
Teachers overtook the restaurant serving up delicious meals to students and families to raise money for Moos. Many teachers worked from the school, including the Principal. Principal Asaf worked very hard while supporting the staff. Assistant Principal DeGiulio also worked very hard. The McTeacher jobs included, greeting guests, cleaning the lobby, working the front counter, serving drinks, clearing tables, selling pies and serving ice cream.
Moos McTeachers had it all covered, and the families enjoyed a spectacular evening. The school plans to use the money raised to go into the fund to support the 8th grade field trip. Lots of students, teachers, families and friends came out in their support. All the kids came to see their teachers work at the Chicago McDonald’s. Special thank-you goes to Zaira Lopez, who organized the entire event.
