All events take place on Halloween, Saturday, Oct. 31:
Shakespeare (14th) District

- District police officers will be hosting a Halloween celebration along the Bloomingdale Trail.
- Julia de Burgos Park, 1805 N, Albany Ave. 3 p.m.
- Churchill Field Playlot Park, 1825 N, Damen Ave., 4 p.m.
Albany Park (17 th) District:
- Officers will be handing out candy and crime prevention tips to children and adults from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- 17th District Community Room, 4650 N. Pulaski Road.
Lincoln (20th) District:
