Fire Breaks Out at Logan Square Resale Shop
UPDATE: The Friday morning blaze caused extensive damage to Threads Etc. on North Milwaukee Avenue, but no one was hurt.
CHICAGO, IL — A fire broke out Friday morning at a resale shop on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
The blaze was at Threads Etc., 2327 N. Milwaukee Ave., a store near Revolution Brewing, the fire department said. While crews were battling the blaze, extensive smoke could be seen coming from the second floor windows of the Logan Square building.
The fire was reported extinguished at about 9:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30. Although the building suffered extensive damage from the fire, no one was injured, according to the department.

The cause of the fire was not yet known.
