Frontier Hosts Acoustic Brunch

Frontier invites Chicagoans to enjoy an acoustic brunch in the all-weather beer garden on Saturday, September 26 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Guests will enjoy music from Frontier’s own Beverage Director Sean Neilsen along with brunch cocktails like $8 bloody marys, $6 mimosas, $11 Doc Holidays (highland tequila, carrot, lime, cilantro simple, aquavit), and $12 Carolina Gardens (French gin, tomato water, cocchi Americano, Corazon bitters, saline).

The complete brunch menu, created by Pioneer Tavern Group Corporate Chef Brian Jupiter, will also be available. Highlights include the Ostrich Juicy Lucy (domestic ostrich, Gouda, caramelized leeks, foie gras mayo, romaine, bun; $13), Monte Cristo (house cured bacon, Hook’s Maple Jack cheese, parmesan crusted sourdough, seasonal preserves served with breakfast potatoes; $12), and Lamb “Ham” Biscuits and Gravy (cured and smoked lamb saddle, cheddar and leek drop biscuit, lamb heart country gravy and a fried egg; $13).
