Grocers Fight Back Against Armed Robbers in Bucktown (VIDEO)
Watch an array of employees at the Fresh Market Place in Bucktown take on a pair of men who pulled guns on three cashiers.
CHICAGO, IL — Employees at a grocery store in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood stepped up to help thwart an armed robbery by two masked men recently.
Surveillance video shared by CBS Chicago shows two men corner three female cashiers at the Fresh Market Place on Western Avenue before one employee begins to fight back.
Then, about 15 others came by and helped force the thieves into the parking lot. One got away with about $10,000, but the other was held down long enough for police to arrive.

"Before you know it all the employees went out to fight," one employee told CBS. "You have to have each other's back, if something happens you need to be there to help the person.

The guns used in the armed robbery turned out to be fake.
