HOLY TRINITY SPRING SPORTS ROUNDUP -- March 25, 2017

GIRLS SOCCER
Holy Trinity 5, Noble Street 0 (played Wednesday 03.22).
HT improved to 3-0 on the season. HT goals by Sui Lin, Emily Gallegos, Jennifer Rios and two by Atzihri Guido. Assists by Atzihri, Emily and Jennifer. Good team effort.

Holy Trinity 3, Our Lady of Tepeyac 0 (played Friday 03.24).
The Tigers (4-0) continued their winning streak dispatching OLT @ Humboldt Park. HT featured .goals by Atzihri Guido (two) and Vanessa Cardenas. Atzihri assisted Vanessa's goal. Sakayah Garity and the defense recorded their fourth straight shut out.

BOYS INDOOR TRACK @ Illinois Top Times/Bloomington, IL.
HT Junior Hafeez Soberu placed 14th in the prelims @ the Illinois Top Times meet held @ Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL on Friday March 24th.

Soberu competed in the 60-meter dash and his time of 7.30 was a personal best. This in one of the last indoor meets of this season for him and the HT Tigers. Within the next few weeks, the team moves to outdoor action.
