HT Fall Sports -- GVB @ Victoria Soto opens season

Both Varsity and Junior Varsity victorious. Tiger soccer falls 4-0 on the road in opener

HT opened the season with a 25-13, 25-19 win at Victoria Soto. The Lady Tigers featured Karol Vega (10 device points, two aces, 10 set assists); Cece Gardner (8 kills and a block); Evelyn Padilla (7 service points) and Star Brooks 3 kills). HT serving: 49 attempts with 41 made for an 84% average and 11 ace serves.

The Jv also won def. the younger Soto squad by scores of 25-19 and 25-13 in a fine team effort.

Cristo Rey Waukegan 4, Holy Trinity 0. The Tigers dropped the season opener on the road. The team played a scoreless 2ND half.
