HT Girls Volleyball roundup:
Lady Tigers now 3-0; defeat St. Francis de Sales in a non-conference affair.
Starting slowly, the Lady Tigers moved past visiting St. Francis de Sales (0-1) by scores of 25-15, 25-11 to move to 3-0 on the young season.
HT featured: Karol Gonzalez (one kill, five service points, two aces and 8 set assists); Cece Gardner (seven service points, three aces and 2 kills); Sakayah Garity (seven service points, 4 aces and 2 kills); Viviana Quezada (5 service points, two aces) and Star Brooks (six service points with 4 aces).
HT SERVING: 49 attempts with 39 made for an 80% average with 18 aces. Next match will have HT hosting Rochelle-Zell in Chicago Prep Conference action on September 7.
