Girls Softball:
Holy Trinity 33, Christ the King 8. HT improved to 4-1 with the win. HT featured two grand-slam homers in the game, including one by Kristina Vargas. Again patience at the plate paid off for the Lady Tigers. Valeria Alcala also added an RBI ground-out to the mix.
Girls Soccer played @ Douglas Park.
Holy Trinity 4, St. Joseph (Westchester) 0. HT is currently 11-1 for the season. Fernanda Anaya opened the scoring with her first goal of the season, assisted by Atzihri Guido. Jennifer Rios scored the second and third goals, again assisted by Atzihri and Sui Len concluded the scoring on the day for HT with an unassisted blast.
