Lady Tigers Capture Their Own Vb Invite Title!

Move to 11-2 with a three-match sweep of opponents.

Lady Tiger Invite tournament held Saturday Sept. 24th IN THE JUNGLE!
The HOST Tigers captured their second straight tourney title, this year defeating Little Village, Cristo Rey Waukegan &
Christ the King for the 2016 title. Overall scores were:

Cristo Rey Waukegan def. Christ the King 22-25, 25-23, 15-6
Holy Trinity def. Little Village 25-13, 25-22
Holy Trinity def. Cristo Rey Waukegan 25-20, 25-9
Little Village def. Christ the King 25-17, 25-11
Little Village def. Cristo Rey Waukegan 25-11, 26-24
Holy Trinity def. Christ the King 25-13, 25-10

HT is now 11-2 on the season and finished the tourney 3-0; Little Village went 2-1 in the tourney and move to
5-11 overall; Crist Rey Waukegan 1-2 and now are 4-6 overall; & Christ the King 0-3 and now 1-8 overall.

Cristina Guzman (36 set assists, 18 service points); Sui Lin (12 service points with five aces);
Viviana Quezada (9 digs) and Fernanda Anaya (five digs).
