Man Accused of Masturbating Near Wicker Park Playlot
Sex act performed within view of kids at Dean Park, police say.
A Chicago man has been charged with felony sexual exploitation of a child after he was caught masturbating near a Wicker Park playground, authorities said.
According to the Chicago Tribune, police said Nicholas T. Raske was arrested around 5:25 Wednesday after he was spotted masturbating in the presence of children at the Dean Playground Park, located in the 1300 block of North Dean Street.
According to the Chicago Tribune, a Cook County judge set bail for Raske, of the 1400 block of West Cortez Street, at $75,000. Online jail logs show his next court date is Oct. 18.
