Man Exposed Himself to Teen Girl: Cops
A black man in his 20's touched a 17-year-old girl and exposed his genitals to her Thursday morning, police said.
CHICAGO, IL - Police in Chicago's 14th District are investigating a Thursday morning incident in which they say a man approached a 17-year-old girl, grabbed her buttocks and exposed his genitals.
The girl was walking eastbound in the 2400 block of Cortland Ave. just west of the Bucktown neighborhood when the man - described as black, 5'4" to 5'7" and with a short afro hair style - approacher her and attempted to engage in a conversation.

As the girl kept walking, the man grabbed her in the buttocks from behind and when she faced him, lifted his coat to expose his genitals.
The suspect then fled westbound on Cortland.
