New State of IL Beekeeping organization forming - Web conference

I would like personally invite all of you and the members of your associations to join us in our next web conference which is February 22nd @ 9:30 am till 11:30 am. There is no driving or braving any weather conditions to attend this meeting just pick up your phone, dial in or jump online to join our discussion. I have already sent you the link to the conference so please feel free to join us then.

Our new organization with the help of many devoted and dedicated persons (thank you everyone who has been part of this wonderful enterprise) has been advancing in a positive manner. Our Constitution & By-Laws are coming along quite nicely, just some final tweaking and we should be an official organization by March 31st.

Please let me know if you will be attending the meeting because I will send you and/or your members a copy of the proposed Constitution & By-Laws for review and comment. Also, at the February 22nd meeting, we will also be selecting a name for our new state Beekeeping organization. Again, please let me know if you and/or your members will be attending, so I can forward you and/or your members a copy of the suggested names prior to the meeting. Everyone's input is valuable and essential to us and we would like to have everyones voice heard.

Here are some important points for you to contemplate about our new state beekeeping organization.

1. If you are a member of the ISBA, you can be a member of our new organization.
2. If your beekeeping club is an association of the ISBA, your beekeeping club can be an association of our new state beekeeping organization, too.
***Please note you do not need a 100% of your club members to join our new state organization to be considered an affiliate with us.
3. Dues for members will be $10.00
4. So much more but you need to confirm attendance to receive a copy of the Constitution & By-Laws.

Please confirm if you would like to continue receiving emails regarding this information.

Thank you for taking the time to read my email and I look forward to chatting with you all and your members on February 22nd @ 9:30 am.
