Police Searching For Car In Belmont Gardens Hit-And-Run

CHICAGO, IL — Police have issued a community alert with a stock image of a red Honda Civic wanted in a hit-and-run on Chicago's Northwest Side. Police described the car as a four-door, late-model Honda with possible damage to the front passenger side. The crash happened in the 2400 block of North Kostner Avenue just before 10 p.m. on Saturday, police said.

A 30-year-old man was crossing the street when he was hit, according to police. He was taken to Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood with multiple broken bones, police said.
