Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth, Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care Offer Workshop for Grieving Adults

Participants will view the film, "The Gifts of Grief" and a discussion will follow.

Chicago, Ill. – February 11, 2015 – How can you help someone who recently experienced the loss of a loved one or friend, and may need emotional support?

Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center (PSMEMC) and Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care are offering a free workshop for adults from 7 to 9 p.m. on February 20 at the Presence Saint Mary Campus, 2233 W. Division St., Nazareth Room, 3rd floor, Chicago.

Participants will view the film, “The Gifts of Grief,” which is a moving account of the individual grief journeys of seven different people. Following the movie, Rosie Tyree, LCPC, ATR, and Maureen Brennan, PhD, bereavement counselors, Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care, will lead a discussion.
